Terms of Service

Commission = Agreement to TOS

1) Payments and Refunds

1.1) Payments are made via PayPal or Cash app
1.2) I will request a deposit of 50% your order value before starting the process
1.3) If you cancel the order for any reason after starting you will lose your deposit
1.4) If I personally cancel the order after starting you will get a full refund on your deposit

2) Changes to the Art

2.1) You may request larger changes to the art for no fee in the sketching phase only and have a limit of 3 per commission however, the core idea and theme must stay the same
2.2) Smaller changes are provided throughout the service for no fee, larger or more complex changes will cost a fee of 50% your order

3) Commission rules

3.1) I have the right to decline any commission request
3.2) All commissions will have a small watermark within the art, you will not be allowed to remove this watermark
3.3) My deadline is usually around 10-14 days, we will discuss a day within DMs, if you want me to work faster than this I will fee you 50% your order, I will do 24-hour rush orders with a fee of 15 USD
3.4) If I miss a deadline, we will negotiate a solution, otherwise I will continue to work on the commission and only receive the deposit
3.5) I will receive the remaining order amount, and send your commission over via Drive or Discord

4) I Will

Oc's, Ship Art, Fanart (Movies, Games, etc.), slight suggestive themes, Anthro/furry (I will attempt), Oc x Canon

5) I Won't

Hateful Content, suggestive themes with minors, NSFW, Genitals (including a fully exposed bust)

Icon/Bust - 20 USD
Half Body - 30 USD
Full Body - 40 USD

Extras

Single Color Background - no fee
Simple Background - 5 USD
Detailed Background - 10 USD
Character - 50% Per

Character Sheet - 55 USD

Character Sheet will always include: Full Body Rendered or Flat color, Color palette, character details (features, personality, expressions etc.)
